Handel 17 inch diameter metal fillgree wide banded shade. The fillgree covers eight caramel/green/blue painted and fired panels decorated with red roses and clusters of green leaves. The shade rests on a 21 inch high signed - Handel 545- three socket slender ribbed base that ends in a round decorated base. Sockets, acorn pulls, heat cap and final are all patinated and original.
